Petitioner has approached the respondent/Deputy Collector for grant of patta. Applications of the petitioner for grant of patta are registered as SM 175/1985 to 180/1985. Petitioner seeks a direction to dispose of the above applications, as expeditiously as possible.
2. Considering the pendency of those applications, there shall be a direction to the respondent/Deputy Collector (Land Tribunal), Palakkad, to consider and pass appropriate orders on the above applications in the light of Exts. P8 to P10 WP(C).No. 27265 of 2014 2 judgments/orders , within a period of six months after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
