Respondent(s) WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Mr. , presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue any appropriate writ order or direction more preferably a writ in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent's men in trying to shift the movables and stock in trade on 16-2-2010 at 6-00 pm under the grab of notice purported to be on under Section 268 of HMC act dt 9-2-2010 served upon the petitioners on 16-2-2010 instead of the 2nd respondent as illegal,arbitrary and contrary to law and consequently declare the action of the 1st respondent and its men in shifting the movables and stock in trade beloging to the petitioners are illegal,arbitrary and in flagrant violation of the principles of natural justice AND WHEREAS the High Court upon hearing the arguments of Mr.HANUMANTHA RAO, Advocate for the Petitioner and directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause why this writ petition should not be admitted in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed in Writ Petition.
