ORDER:
This Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal arises out of order dated 19-11-2011 in M.A.No.29 of 2011 on the file of the learned Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad.
At the hearing, the learned Counsel for the appellants has submitted that this case is squarely covered by Judgment dated 24-4-2014 in C.M.S.A.Nos.85 of 2013 and 3 of 2014 and batch.
This submission is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the respondent.
Following the above noted Judgment dated 24-4- 2014, this Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is allowed. The respondent is directed to pay the tax demanded by the appellants on or before 30-9-2014.
As a sequel to the disposal of the C.M.S.A., CMSAMP No.133 of 2013 is disposed of as infructuous.
