RESPONDENTS WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri S.Niranjan Reddy presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed here in the High Court may be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order, or direction one more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Nos 1 to 4 in not preventing the unauthorized erection and display of advertisements by the 5th respondent as illegal, arbitrary, and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to forthwith remove all the unauthorized unipoles of the 5th respondent erected at the premises of the 4th respondent at Rasoolpura X Roads, City Police Control Room, Intelligence Security Office, Khairatabad and Punja Gutta Police Station.
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri S.NIRANJAN REDDY Advocate for the Petitioner and Smt. Y. Padmavathi, SC for GHMC for the Respondent Nos.1&2 and of Sri Deepak Bhattacharjee, Advocate for the Respondent No.3 and directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein returnable in two weeks to show cause as to why this writ petition should not be admitted in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed in Writ Petition;
