JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) One week's time is allowed to learned advocate Ms.Amee Yajnik for the respondent to file the affidavit-in-reply and thereafter, 3 days time is allowed to learned advocate for the petitioner to file the affidavit-in-rejoinder. S.O. to 02.07.2012 We have not passed any interim order at this stage. Learned advocate for the petitioner states that the petitioner is having 34 vessels, which are in use. Learned advocate Ms.Amee Yajnik states that the dispute in the petition is with regard to one vessel. She has further stated that yet, no demand of any duty is made from the petitioner and they shall not put any hurdle in their operation. However, the record of the duty shall be maintained, which may be kept, subject to the final outcome in the petition.
