JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner approached the Revenue Divisional Officer, Adoor by Ext.P5 alleging that only the pathway used by the petitioner has been obstructed by the 6th respondent. Petitioner submits that it is a public pathway and his complaint will fall under Sec.133 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
2. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the Revenue Divisional Officer second respondent to take up Ext.P5 after hearing the petitioner and the 6th respondent and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible at any rate within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
