At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners do not seek to press the writ petition. However, the petitioners wish to pursue their remedy under Section 25(2) of the Societies Registration Act.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to invoke appropriate legal remedy as may be advised.
