JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble S.C. Chaurasia,J.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
With regard to his grievance, the petitioner has made a representation to opposite party no. 1 which is pending.
Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition with the direction to opposite party no. 1 to look into the matter and take a decision on the petitioner's representation in accordance with law within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Liberty is given to the petitioner to make fresh representation.
Subject to above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
