Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter in pursuance of the order dated 17.05.2019.
A copy of the instructions received have been supplied to the parties.
In the petition, the allegation of the petitioner is that the respondent no.2 has unauthorizedly occupied property belonging to the Gaon Sabha.
Learned Standing counsel on the basis of the instructions received has submitted that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 being Case No.17072 of 2019 have already been initiated for eviction of the respondent no.4.
Since, appropriate proceedings have already been initiated against the respondent no.4 nothing further remains to be done in the writ petition. It is ordered to be consigned.
