When the matter was taken up for hearing on 27.11.2014, none appeared for the petitioner and hence the matter was directed to be listed for today. Even to day also, none appeared for the petitioner nor is representation made on its behalf. In the circumstances, this Court has left with no alternative except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non- prosecution.
