The present writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus directing the Deputy director of Consolidation, Jaunpur, i.e. the respondent no.1 to decide Revision No.2009 of 2017-2018.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid revision, it is directed that the Deputy Director Consolidation, Jaunpur shall decide the aforesaid revision within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, in case there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid revision.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
