The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioners to sit for the examination for the academic year 2012-2013, particularly the 6th semester of 3rd year examination commenced from 13.05.2013.
2. This Court, at the time of entertaining this writ petition, has not granted any interim order. Now, we are in the year of 2017. Therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition, in view of the relief sought for in this writ petition, which is, in respect of the academic year 2012-2013.
3. Thus, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
