JUDGMENT / ORDER

The counsel for the petitioner submits that, it shall be sufficient that this writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the applications, Exhibits P3 and P4 as well as other applications that the owners of individual apartments may submit for change of ownership to their names, in accordance with law, with notice to the additional 2nd respondent also. 2. Advocate T.R. Rajan appears for the first respondent Municipality. In view of the limited relief sought, I do not consider it necessary to issue notice to the additional second respondent. It shall be sufficient that this writ petition is disposed of as sought for by the counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the first respondent to consider Exhibits P3 and P4 applications W.P.(C) No.27423 of 2014-C -:2:-
as well as any other applications that the owners of individual apartments may submit for change of ownership to their names, in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the additional second respondent also. Any such orders passed by the Municipality shall be subject to the outcome of the suit that is said to be pending between the parties.
