Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The application filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 was entertained on 18.06.2021 appointing Hon'ble Mr. Justice Arvind Kumar Tripathi, R/o AD- 6, Ekanki Kunj (ADA Colony) Rajapur, Prayagraj, a Former Judge of this Court as an Arbitrator. The declaration was accordingly invited through the Registry vide letter dated 25.06.2021. The sole Arbitrator vide letter dated 28.06.2021 has responded to the aforesaid letter, which reads as under:-
"Kindly refer to your letter Dtd. 25.06.2021 and Order Dtd. 18.06.2021 passed by the Hon'ble Court. In view of the same I accord my consent.
Let my consent be placed on the record to inform the Hon'ble Court, accordingly.".
In view of above, the application is consigned to record.
Let a copy of this order be communicated to the sole Arbitrator by the Registry forthwith.
