Sri.C.Dinesh, Learned Counsel appearing for the appellant in this case submitted that the appellant had died and that the letter sent by the Counsel to the appellant has been returned with the endorsement that “the door closed – addressee expired” and that the Counsel for appellant has no instructions in this matter.

Accordingly the Criminal Appeal stands dismissed due to non prosecution.
