The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking to quash the impugned order dated 04.03.2016 passed by the 1st respondent herein.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that nearly 10 suits have been filed by the petitioner and others in this regard.
3. Even the learned counsel for the petitioner admitted that the petitioner herein and others have filed suits in O.S.Nos.183, 184, 187, 188, 192, 193, 194, 198, 200 and 206 of 2016 before the District Munsif Court, Ponneri.
4. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that the petitioner can raise all the points including the ones raised in this Writ Petition, before the said Civil Court. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points before the Civil Court. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.No.4971 of 2017 is closed.
