Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to agitate the matter by appropriate proceedings not only against the election conducted today and also against the selling of trees, which according to the petitioner, was done illegally.
2. Needless to say it is open to the petitioner to agitate the matter before the appropriate forum in a manner known to law. Granting such liberty, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
