JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by S.Manikumar,J) Complaint, dated 8/2/2017, does not disclose allegation of detention against anybody, except to the extent that Suman, S/o. Kanniyappan, stated to be the husband of the petitioner is missing.
2. Mr.V.M.R.Rajentren, Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that a case has been registered, on 8/2/2017, in F.I.R.No.67 of 2017.
3. As there is no complaint of detention, this Habeas Corpus Petition is not maintainable. Respondents are directed to expedite the investigation.
4. This Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
