This Civil Petition is filed for transfer of M.C.Petition No.207/2018 on the file of the Family Court, Shivamogga to the Family Court at Bangalore.
The office has put up a note that M.C. No.207/2018 on the file of the Family Court, Shivamogga was disposed of on 21.02.2019. The case status report is also furnished.
In view of the office note, this petition does not survive for consideration. Hence the petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
