ORDER Shri H.Malatesh, learned advocate for the petitioner and Shri Y.D.Harsha, learned AGA for the State.
2. Learned AGA has filed a memo annexing endorsements dated 26.12.2012 and 23.02.2013 stating that petitioner’s name was not found in Darkasth Register nor any documents found evidencing issuance of Saguvali chit. Therefore, petitioner’s prayer to enter her name in revenue records was not possible. He further submits that a copy has been served on learned advocate for the petitioner.
3. I have carefully considered the submissions and perused the records.
4. In view of the above, this petition seeking a direction to the respondents to issue Khata in petitioner’s name does not survive for consideration and it is accordingly dismissed.
No costs.
