As per order dated 15.12.2018, appellant was granted three weeks time to comply with the office objections. Further it was ordered that if the office objections are not complied with within such period, the appeal shall be listed for dismissal.
Even today the learned counsel for the appellant has not appeared. As per the office note, the objections are not complied with. Hence, in view of the order dated 15.12.2018, this appeal stands dismissed.
