ORDER Petitioner and respondents No.1(a) and 1(b) and their respective counsel are present before the court. They filed a compromise petitioner under Order XXIII Rule 3 of CPC.
2. Petitioner and respondents No.1(a) and 1(b) admit that the contents of compromise petition are explained to them in Kannada language and they admit the compromise petition.
3. In view of the submission of the parties and their counsel, compromise petition is placed on record.
4. The petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise petition.
