For the reasons assigned by this Court by an order dated 02.08.2014 passed in W.P.Nos.49502/2013 & 56493-494/2013 & 54495-499/2013 (LA-UDA) and connected matters, the impugned endorsement dated 02.11.2018 at Annexure is quashed and the writ petition is disposed of on the same terms and with similar directions.
In addition, the petitioner along with the representation shall submit the documents in support of his contention that he is the legal representative of the original khatedar.
Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
