This Criminal Petition is filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.160 of 2011 on the file of Cherukupalli Police Station, Guntur district, registered for offences under section 354, 429, 506 read with section 34 of IPC.
2. When the matter is listed on 03/04/2014 none appeared for petitioner and the matter is directed to be listed on 21/04/2014 under the caption “for dismissal”. Again on 21/04/2014 at request of Advocate for petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 23/04/2014 under the same caption. On 23/04/2014 the matter was not listed and today none appeared for petitioner inspite of posting the matter under the caption of dismissal. Therefore, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
