2. The writ petition is filed for the following relief:
“Issue a writ or order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not protecting the interests of tribals especially 5th respondent in issuing orders of the nature of the ones issued on 21-9-2004 and 6-9-2004 as illegal and void and consequently direct the respondents to take steps to protect the possession of the lands of tribals in West Godavari District Agency area as recorded in Survey conducted pursuant to 1997 guidelines issued by R1 and R2 more particularly in Gopalapuram, Tati Ramanna Gudem villages of Jeelugumilli Mandal and consequently direct the respondents to follow the procedure mentioned in Guidelines of 2001 for proper implementation of Land Transfer Regulations in Agency areas of West Godavari district.”
3. It appears that this Court passed interim order on 24-02-2005 restraining the respondents from dispossessing the tribal people in that area. Since this interim order is still subsisting and no attempt has been made to get this order vacated, the orders passed by the respondents have lost their force and accordingly the same are set aside.
