PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition has filed under Section 227 of the Constitution of India, to grant direction to the learned District Munsif, Sulur, to dispose the suit in O.S.No.479/2017 on merits accordance with law, within three months time.

O R D E R
Aggrieved over the long pendency of the suit in O.S.No.128 of 2006, filed by the respondent nos.1 to 3 herein / plaintiffs, the petitioner / defendant has preferred this Civil Revision Petition.
2. The suit was filed by respondent nos.1 to 3, on the file of District Munsif, Palladam, for permanent injunction. The suit was transferred from District Munsif Court, Palladam to District Munsif Court, Coimbatore and renumbered as O.S.No.2200 of 2012. Subsequently, it was again transferred to the District Munsif Court, Sulur and renumbered as O.S.No.479 of 2017 and posted for hearing on 12.07.2017. There is no progress from the year 2006 in this matter. Therefore, the petitioner/defendant seeks for a direction for early disposal of the suit. The suit is of the year 2006. It is pending for more than a decade without any progress.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that because of the transfers made, the suit was not taken up for trial.
4. In such circumstances, this Court is of the considered opinion that a direction shall be issued to dispose of the suit and to conclude the proceedings as early as possible. Accordingly, a direction is issued to the learned District Munsif Court, Sulur, to dispose of O.S.No.479 of 2017, within the period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
