1. By way of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:-
"a.
Be pleased to admit this petition;
b.
Be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction and direct the respondent No.5 to decide the Revision Application No.14 of 2011 preferred by the petitioner forthwith;
c. Pending admission and final disposal of the present petition, be pleased to direct the respondent No.5 to decide the Revision Application No.14 of 2011 forthwith and pass the order;
d. Be pleased to pass such other and further orders as may be deemed fit and proper."
2. Without expressing any opinion on merits and on the contentions raised in the petition, interest of justice would served if the authority is directed to hear, decide and dispose of Revision Application No.14 of 2011 pending before the revisional authority i.e. respondent No.5 herein.
3. Hence, respondent No.5-authority is directed to hear, decide and dispose of Revision Application No.14 of 2011 pending before it latest by 31.07.2012. The petitioner shall approach the Registry of respondent No.5-authority with a copy of this order on 03.07.2012 and respondent No.5 shall intimate him in person or to his learned advocate, about the next date of hearing.
4. Mr.Mangukiya, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner assures this Court that no further time shall be asked for by the petitioner.
5. It is also provided that in case, if the petitioner asks for time under any unavoidable circumstances, the period for which the adjournment is granted, shall amount to extension of time to decide the said Revision Application No.14 of 2011.
6. With the above observations, the petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. Direct service is permitted.
