Heard learned advocate for the applicant and it is submitted that with regard to the complaint in a case of co-accused upon consideration of similar facts and after hearing other side this Court has issued Rule and granted interim relief therein.

That the impugned complaint also raises similar allegations against the applicant and therefore, a case is made out for issuance of Rule.

Learned APP, waives service of rule on behalf of respondent No.1.
