(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) Pursuant to the earlier order dated December 22, 2010, the Committee appointed by such order has already submitted its report.
Mr.
Bhatt, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.5 and Ms. Raval appearing on behalf of the GPCB submit that their respective clients want to give some suggestion in respect of the report given by the said Committee.
In view of such facts, we permit both the respondent No.5 and GPCB to give their suggestions to the committee which has already submitted its report. Such suggestions must be given within a fortnight from today. If such suggestions are given, the Committee, after considering those suggestions, will be free to express its view by giving a supplementary report. The supplementary report will be restricted only to the suggestions that would be made by the above parties.
Both Mr. Bhatt and Ms. Raval have agreed that their clients will pay the additional remuneration to the members of the committee in terms of the earlier order.
In the meanwhile, GPCB will consider grant of NOC for construction of CETP at village Bhatgam.
Let the matter appear on March 15, 2012.
