1. At the request of the Court, Ms.Asmita Patel, learned A.G.P. has appeared on advance copy and has been asked to take instructions in the matter.
2. Ms.Patel, learned A.G.P. places on record communication 28.06.2012 along with the copy of the entry made in village Form No.6. Ms.Patel, learned A.G.P. submits that after due process of law, the aforesaid entry, made in village Form No.6, shall be certified in accordance with law.
3. In view of the above statement made by Ms.Patel, learned A.G.P. and communication dated 28.06.2012, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed at this stage.
4. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
