1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
(A)That Your Lordships be pleased to admit and allow this petition.
(B) That Your Lordships may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents to consider the representations made as per Annexure'L' (collectively) ( on 6.4.2010, 13.4.2010, 7.5.2010 and 29.7.2010) by the petitioner read with G.R., G.A.D., dated 25.11.2005 (Annexure-Q) read with Notification F.D. Dated 27.4.2007 (Annexure-T) and the "Grounds" mentioned in para 13.1 to para 13.10 and full benefits of charging monthly rent at nominal rate for Government Quarter occupied by petitioner be granted to the petitioner as are granted to other similarly placed Government servants shown in (Annexure-Q) and in (Annexure-P) and the excessive amount of rent charged at market rate be refunded with interest to the petitioner.
(C ) That your Lordships be pleased to issue any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents to stay further recovery of rent by way of installment of Rs.5000.00 p.m. from pension of petitioner towards old arrears, till the representations made by the petitioner (Annexure-L) are decided by the respondents.

2. Heard learned advocates appearing for both the parties. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, respondents are directed to decide the representations, pending before them within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. It is clarified that it will be open to the petitioner to serve this order to direct service this order to the respondent authority and make request for hearing him. The respondent authority will consider his request and hear the petitioner and pass reasoned order.
3. With the above observation, the present petitions stand disposed of. Direct service is permitted.
