HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE J.B.PARDIWALA) Pursuant to our earlier order dated 12.9.2012, the matter has come up to report compliance of our directions. Ms. Raval, the learned advocate appearing for GPCB has placed before us the action taken Report till this date. Ms. Raval further submits that a new problem has cropped up wherein the Association is found discharging sludge in the river bank causing blockage. To understand and take care of this problem, we request Ms. Raval to ask a responsible Officer of the GPCB preferably an Expert to remain present tomorrow before us. The action taken report submitted today be taken on record. Let the matter appear tomorrow i.e. 8.5.2013.
