(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) It is stated by the learned Counsel Mr. Parikh that the arrears of salary as per the last order dated 29.6.2012 have been paid. However, pension including retirement benefit is to be fixed and the papers are prepared and have been forwarded to the Accounts Department which is to be finalized within two weeks. S.O. to 30th July, 2012 for reporting compliance failing which respondent No.3 shall remain personally present before this Court.
