In pursuance to the notice issued by this Court vide order dated 20.01.2012 Ms. Megha Chitalia, learned Assistant Government Pleader appears on behalf of the respondents. On instructions received from Ms. Urvashiben Chaudhari, I/c. Principal of respondent No.3 School - Adarsh Niwasi School, who is present in the Court and who is identified by Ms. Megha Chitalia, learned Assistant Government Pleader, states that the petitioner shall be permitted to resume his duties from 22.02.2012. In view of the above statement Mr. Dipen Desai, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner does not press this petition. The petition stands disposed of accordingly. Notice discharged with no order as to costs.
