1. Heard Mr. P.J. Bhatt, learned advocate for the applicants, Mr. Ashish Dagli, learned advocate for the respondent No.2 and Mr. Himanshu Patel, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1.

Having regard to the submissions advanced by the learned advocates for the respective parties and more particularly, having regard to the nature of the allegations made in the first information report as well as the fact that Paruben in respect of whom somebody else is supposed to have signed the sale deed in question by putting a thumb mark is not aggrieved, the court is of the view that the matter requires consideration, hence, issue rule returnable on 26th November, 2013. By way of interim relief, further proceedings pursuant to the first information report registered vide Rapar Police Station I-C.R. No.366/2011 are hereby stayed.
