O R D E R When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners- Sri.Vighneshwar S. Shastri and the learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 - Sri. H.N.Shashidhara submit that the parties have mutually resolved their disputes before the Mediation Centre and seek to remit the matter to the trial Court, to record the settlement. The submission is placed on record.
2. The matter is remitted to the trial Court to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law based on the compromise entered into between the parties in the Mediation Centre as per the Compromise dated 01.12.2016.
