2.The learned counsel for the petitioner contented that it was only the Trichy City Corporation instrumental in promoting the lay out. However, there are no documents to substantiate the said contention. We, therefore, dismiss the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive Writ Petition, after furnishing all the necessary particulars. No costs.
