The petitioner has approached this Court commanding the respondents not to effect mutation in favour of one Preetha Kumari. If any petition is filed by the said Preetha Kumari for effecting mutation, the same shall be processed only after adverting to the objection of the petitioner.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
