JUDGMENT / ORDER

Both sides counsel present. Mr.R.Kannan, learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the petitioner, who is the husband of the first respondent, died.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Recording the above submissions and the endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, since it is a matrimonial dispute. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
