High Court Of Kerala|11 December, 2014

JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner claims to be a licencee of Room No: 5/446 on the second floor of the Vellamunda Panchayat Shopping Complex owned by the first respondent. He also claims that he has been in occupation of the room from 29.7.1994 pursuant to Ext.P1 agreement. The petitioner alleges that steps are afoot to dispossess him forcibly from the premises. The petitioner has submitted Ext.P6 representation to the first respondent. He seeks the issue of appropriate directions for the consideration thereof. 2. Since Ext.P6 is pending consideration of the first respondent, I do not consider it necessary to issue notice to the respondents. It shall be sufficient that this writ petition is disposed of directing Ext.P6 representation to be considered.
WPC 33464/2014 2 This writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the first respondent to consider Ext.P6 representation submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of six weeks of the date of production of a copy of this judgment by the petitioner. All coercive action against the petitioner shall be kept in abeyance until final orders are passed on Ext.P6 in accordance with the above direction.
