These Writ Petitions coming on for Preliminary Hearing, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Sri.R.S.Ravi, learned counsel for the petitioners.
Smt.Sunanda S.Rathod, learned counsel for caveator/respondent.
After arguing the matter to some extent, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to take recourse to such remedy as may be applicable to the petitioners under law.
Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for.
