ORDER Mr.G.Jeevaprakash, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Mr.Vijay Kumar A.Patil, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent Nos.3 to 7.

2. The writ petition is admitted for hearing.
With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, a direction is sought for a direction to take up the investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation.
4. When the matter was taken up today, learned Additional Government Advocate submitted for carrying out the investigation to ‘C’ report has been filed. The aforesaid report has been produced along with the memo.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to such remedy which may be available to him under law.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
