JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict through Jail seeking temporary bail for a period of 30 days on the occasion of sad demise of his maternal grand mother. It is mentioned in the application that the convict's grand mother has expired on 22nd June 2012. The present application is filed on 30th June 2012. By lapse of time the application has become infructuous. The same rejected.
