JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Yogendra Kumar Sangal,J.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
No case for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is made out. However, the trial court is directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner expeditiously, in the light of Full Bench judgment of this Court, reported in 2005 Crl. L.J. 755 Amarawati and another (Smt.) versus State of U.P. as well as judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in 2009 SCC (Crl) 330 Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh versus State of U.P. and others.
Subject to above, without entering into the merit of the controversy, the writ petition is finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
