ORDER:
Heard.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent is not passing any orders on his application dated 30.10.2014 seeking permission to dig a bore well. Petitioner states that he has made an appropriate application under Rule 12 in Form-2 under the A.P. Water, Land and Trees Act with all the documents annexed but no action is taken by the third respondent. Petitioner states that he has undertaken construction work and though the documents support his claim, in spite of several persuasions, no orders are passed by the third respondent. Hence, the present writ petition.
3. Since the petitioner’s application is pending from 30.10.2014 and as even under the Act, the third respondent is required to pass appropriate orders within 15 days, the third respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
