Heard Sri Karunakar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Notices for opposite parties no. 2 and 3 has been accepted by Sri V.P. Nag who has filed 'Vakalatnama', the same is taken on record and notice for opposite party no. 1 has been accepted by the office of learned Chief Standing Counsel.
In view of the proposed order notice to opposite party no. 4 is dispensed with.
By means of this petition the petitioner has assailed the order dated 25.6.2019 passed by the Managing Director, U.P. Seed Development Corporation, Lucknow. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that challenging the order dated 25.6.2019 the petitioner has filed statutory appeal before the Chairman, U.P. Seed Development Corporation, Lucknow.
Sri V.P. Nag, learned counsel for the opposite parties no. 2 and 3 has produced the copy of the letter dated 26.8.2019 preferred by the Managing Director addressing to the petitioner whereby the date for personal hearing in the appeal of the petitioner was fixed for 28.8.2019. Sri Nag has further submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the Appellate Authority on 28.8.2019 and the matter has been concluded and the final order in appeal may likely to be passed shortly.
Since the Appellate Authority has concluded the matter on 28.8.2019, therefore, it is expected that the order should be passed within a week thereafter and that period would be expiring on 4.9.2019.
Accordingly, the Appellate Authority is due to pass final order in the appeal of the petitioner on or before 4.9.2019 and intimate the same to the petitioner forthwith.
In view of above, writ petition is disposed of.
