Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the controversy in the present matter is squarely covered with the judgment dated 12.01.2018 in Writ-A No.57566 of 2017 (Ramanand Saroj & Ors. v. State of U.P. & Ors.). However, Shri A.K. Yadav, learned counsel for the respondents very fairly states that in case there is any vacancy in the matter, the claim of the petitioner would be considered and decided in the light of the judgment in Ramanand Saroj & Ors. (Supra).
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
