Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record of this application.
In this case, the applicant has come up before this Court invoking exercise of provisions of 482 Cr.P.C. by moving this application. Query was raised whether any appropriate remedy was sought before the lower court concerned, whereupon, applicant drew blank.
Now the offer has been made that applicant may be permitted to seek appropriate remedy at the lower level available to him as per law.
