Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Piyush Shukla, the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Sri Shukla, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the claim of the petitioner for release of retiral dues, shall be attended to and disposed of with expedition and preferably within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a duly authenticated copy of this order. The statement so made is recorded and accepted.
