1. The present petition was disposed of by judgment and order dated 24.7.2012. This Court has been pleased to quash and set aside the impugned orders and has been pleased to remand the matter for its fresh decision to the District Collector, Junagadh.
2. Through typographical error and inadvertence in Para 25, it is mentioned thus:-
"25. With these observations the petition stands dismissed. No order as to costs. Direct service is permitted."
3. The said paragraph stands deleted and the same is substituted as under:-
"25. With these observations, the petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. Direct service is permitted."
